By installing or using this software you accept the terms below. If you do not accept them, do not install or use the software.

1. License

ErenKa Software grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the AliKa software for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Permitted use

The software may only be used:

on devices owned by the user, and
to manage the screen usage of a minor child of whom the user is the legal guardian.

3. Prohibited use

The following uses are strictly prohibited and constitute a breach of this agreement:

Using it on another person without their consent and knowledge.
Installing it secretly on a device you do not own.
Using the software for covert or deceptive purposes.
Using it in any way that violates applicable privacy and data-protection laws.

The user is solely responsible for using the software in compliance with the laws of their jurisdiction.

4. Disclaimer of warranty

The software is provided "as is". ErenKa Software does not warrant that the software will operate uninterrupted or error-free. The locking/filtering features are not guaranteed to be 100% impossible to bypass and are not a substitute for parental supervision.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ErenKa Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software.

6. Termination

This license terminates automatically upon breach of these terms. Upon termination you must uninstall the software.

7. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
